Drugs/Alcohol not permitted
Travel (seatbelts must be worn)
First Aid Kit (located)
Farm Safety (gloves, sharp objects, if in doubt ASK)
Behaviour (bullying, foul language, stealing not tolerated. Notify staff if you are being bullied)
Phones (to be collected. You only need to ask if you wish to make a call)
Do not wander off from group (if lost - stay on/near road or fence)
No killing of animals
Swags - keep your belongings inside during the day. Keep swag zipped up at all times. Do not set swag up under large/dead tree limbs
Stay hydrated (water location)
Sunscreen (location)
Your possessions are your responsibility - anything lost or left behind may not be returned
Bedtime - when camp supervisors advise. If you are up you are around the fire as a group. Once you go to sways you are quiet
Staff - where are they found at night? Who is on duty?
Cooking - if you wish to cook please gain permission. No silly behaviour near BBQ or with sharp implements
Rubbish - it is your responsibility to keep the camp tidy - use bins/fire
Camp equipment - kayaks, fishing rods, tackle, ski gear etc to be treated with care and place in central location after use. Do not leave lying around
Do not exaggerate or make up stories of things that occur on camp
Past Camp Duties
Completed Incident/Accident Reports - signed and sent to GM
Transportation of Participants
Photos sent to GM
Camp Overview completed, signed and returned to GM
Store Camp Equipment
Fill and Washt BttB Vehicles
Reimbursement Forms completed and sent to GM
Receipts - to be returned to GM
