Public Camps
This is where it all started. These camps remain very popular with most participants returning each year.
Camp Overview
Our public camps run each school holiday across several locations surrounding Forbes, Leeton, Young, Albury-Wodonga, Wangaratta, Bathurst, Orange, Dubbo, Echuca, Bendigo and Wagga.
The three-day camps gives a small group of boys the opportunity to do a variety of tasks/activities that are unique to living in the country.
The participants camp in the outdoors and spend much of their time learning about life on the land. Boys work with animals, go fishing/yabbying, explore local communities, learn trade specific skills, make new friends, enjoy water sports while being away from technology.
The camps are staffed at four participants to one staff member. Our goal is to surround the boys with positive male influences, in a safe environment where they can learn how to become a good man.
